5 quick choices. Nothing is charged, nothing is committed. At the end you know exactly what your painting costs, and how many hours of hand-drawing go into it.

Step 1 of 5

How many people in the painting?

1 pax = 1 face = 1 thing in the painting.
A person, a pet, a car, a house — each is 1 face.
You + your wife + your dog = 3 pax / 3 faces.

1pax / faces

Important note

One face = 5 hours of hand-drawing. By a real person — not 40 seconds in an app.

Scenery painting? A view or a place, no people and no pets. Please WhatsApp us — we do not price scenery here.

Step 2 of 5

Pick your size.

Tap a card to choose it. Tap View to see it held in the hand and on a wall. Tap Compare to see sizes side by side.

Step 4 of 5

Nothing ships until you approve it.

You see the artwork and approve it before the painting stage begins, and again once the painting is finished. If the likeness is not right, we work on it. Across 30,000 paintings, nobody has ever been handed a portrait they had not already seen and said yes to.

Straight answers.

Is this really not AI?

Correct. Every painting is drawn from a blank canvas and painted by hand. Five hours of drawing per face before any painting starts, and you approve the artwork before we proceed — that alone is impossible to fake with a generator.

What if the face does not look like them?

You review the artwork before the painting stage and again after it is finished. If the likeness is not right, we work on it with you before anything ships.

Do I pay anything now?

Not for asking. This page is here so you know your exact price instead of guessing. Payment happens when you place the order — nothing before that.

How does the payment work?

You build your painting on this page, place the order, and pay online — FPX, credit card or e-wallet. Your artist is assigned once payment is received.

What do we talk about before I order?

Everything that decides your price and your date, on WhatsApp:
• the concept you want
• a quick look at your photo, so we can tell you honestly what is possible
• the package, the price and your budget
• when you need it in your hands
• senior artist or award-winning artist
• the size
• how many pax / faces go into the painting

What happens after I order?

We finalise the artwork with you before anything is painted:
• you send us the final photos
• we review them together and confirm the concept
• the final layout is agreed — who sits where, background, clothing
• you approve the hand-drawing before the oil painting stage begins

What is a “pax” / a “face”?

Same thing — we use both words. One pax is one subject in the painting: a person, a pet, a car, a house. Three people plus a dog is 4 pax / 4 faces. Each one takes our artist about 5 hours to draw by hand.

My photo is old and blurry. Can you still do it?

Very often yes — a large share of our work is from old, damaged or single surviving photos. WhatsApp us the photo and we will tell you honestly what we can do.

Can I get it faster than the guaranteed date?

Often, yes, through the free priority line — it depends on the studio queue when you confirm. WhatsApp us to check, and it costs nothing extra.

One honest warning. Our award-winning artists are limited by real human hours — there are only so many of them, and the studio queue is first come, first served. If your date is tied to a birthday, an anniversary or a memorial, speak to us now and lock it in. We would rather tell you today that it is tight than apologise later.

P.S. You have now seen the package. That already puts you ahead of most people, who find out only after they have paid a deposit somewhere else.

P.P.S. Asking costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Worst case, you spend ten minutes on WhatsApp and walk away knowing exactly what a real hand-painted portrait costs and how long it takes. Best case, someone you love opens the one gift they will never put in a drawer.
